Good prices, delivery could be faster

I ordered some brake discs and pads for my car recently. The price was really competitive, especially with a discount code I found. Finding the right parts using my registration was straightforward on their website, which I appreciated. The items arrived well-packaged and seem to be good quality. However, standard delivery took about five days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other online retailers. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent experience but they could shave a day or two off delivery.

Got my wiper blades here

Needed new wiper blades, so I checked out Euro Car Parts. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I just put my car registration in to make sure I got the right ones. They had a good selection, and the price was decent. Delivery took a few days, nothing crazy long, and they came well-packaged. I just popped them on, and they work great. It was a pretty chill process, like just ordering stuff online from anywhere else really. No complaints, got what I needed without any fuss.

Got my new car battery super fast!

My car battery died and I was in a bind. I jumped onto Euro Car Parts and found the exact one I needed. The whole process was so quick, from finding the part to checkout. It even arrived the next day! I couldn't believe it. Getting my car back on the road so quickly was a lifesaver. Definitely my go-to for car parts now!

Are their 30-50% off deals usually legit for stuff like engine oil or is it always excluded? Need to stock up.

B Beth 1 month ago
Nah, sometimes oils are excluded, especially certain brands or types. You'll see a little disclaimer or it just won't apply at checkout. It's hit or miss.

I've gotten good deals on oil before, but you gotta check the specific code. Sometimes they have dedicated oil discount codes that work better than the general percentage off ones.

What's their return policy like? Accidentally ordered the wrong spark plugs, my bad.

G Greg J. 1 month ago
Pretty straightforward from what I remember. Just initiate the return online, package it up, and send it back. They usually give you a certain number of days.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month for a filter that didn't fit. You can even take it back to a store if there's one near you, apparently, but I just mailed mine.

Is ECP generally cheaper than Halfords or GSF? Looking for some new wiper blades and maybe a battery.

D Daisy Y. 3 weeks ago
It really depends on the specific sale. ECP often has deeper discount codes, like 40-50% off, which can make them way cheaper. Halfords is sometimes more convenient if you need it instantly, but usually pricier.

I'd say ECP can be, especially with a good code. GSF is a close second. Halfords feels a bit more retail, often higher prices unless they have a specific promotion.

Does Euro Car Parts actually sell genuine parts or are they mostly aftermarket stuff? Trying to replace a catalytic converter and don't want any cheap knock-offs.

F Faith 3 weeks ago
They sell both, for sure. You gotta look for the 'OEM' designation or check the brand. Sometimes they'll have the genuine manufacturer part, other times it's a reputable aftermarket brand.

I've bought Bosch and Brembo stuff from them that was definitely legit. Just read the product description carefully, it usually says if it's OEM equivalent or a specific brand.

Hey guys, thinking of ordering some brake pads and discs. How long does shipping usually take to, say, Miami?

S Sam 1 month ago
Miami? Euro Car Parts is UK-based. I don't think they ship to the US at all, man. You might wanna double check that.

S Sophie 1 month ago
Yeah, I've only ever seen them deliver within the UK. For US stuff, you'd probably need a different vendor or a freight forwarder, which would be pricey.
